RBC

Our purpose

Helping clients thrive and communities prosper.

Our vision is to be among the world’s most trusted and successful financial institutions. Inherent in that vision is a promise to contribute to a better and more sustainable future.

But lots of companies care about community and the environment, what sets RBC apart is how we address pressing issues. We use insights to determine the impact we want to make within our focus areas. That’s why we developed an Impact Measurement Framework to help us measure and communicate how we are:

  • Unlocking the potential of youth, artists and athletes
  • Supporting the transition to a low carbon economy, reducing our environmental footprint and protecting our waterways
  • Making it easy for employees to get involved in causes they care about in their community
  • Fostering diversity and inclusion
What kind of Canada do you want to see in 50 years?
